Terms of Service

These terms are between you and GoDesign (GoDesign Technologies LLP, Islamabad, and GoDesign FZE, Dubai). Questions go to scale@godesign.ae.

You may browse and share this site for any lawful purpose. Do not try to break, overload or scrape it, or submit false enquiries.

Paid work is governed by the proposal or contract we agree with you, which sets the scope, price, timeline and ownership of the deliverables. Where that contract and these terms differ, the contract wins.

When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram business account, Threads profile or other social account, you authorise us to publish the posts you approve and to read their performance figures.

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you approve, and it must follow each network’s own rules.
• You can disconnect at any time from the network’s settings or by asking us. See the data deletion page.

The design, text and code of this site belong to GoDesign. Client work belongs to the client once paid for, as set out in the project contract.

The site is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for outages and changes on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google or LinkedIn.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
