Data Deletion Instructions

How to disconnect our app and have the data we hold about you deleted.

1. Ask us to delete your data

Email scale@godesign.ae with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the name and email on the account, and the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Threads profile you connected.

Within 30 days we delete the access tokens, profile details, Page or account IDs and post statistics we received from the platform, and any enquiry details we hold about you. We then email you to confirm. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept only for that purpose.

2. Remove our app from Facebook

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
Find GoDesign Social Publisher, select Remove, and confirm.

3. Remove our app from Instagram

In Instagram, open Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
Find GoDesign Social Publisher under Active and select Remove.

4. Remove our app from Threads

In Threads, open Settings, then Account, then Website permissions.
Remove GoDesign Social Publisher.

5. What happens next

Removing the app stops us posting or reading anything straight away. To also have what we already received deleted, send the email above. See our Privacy Policy for everything we collect.
