Privacy Policy

GoDesign is a web design, development, branding, CRM and SEO agency. It operates as GoDesign Technologies LLP in Islamabad, Pakistan, and GoDesign FZE in Media City, Dubai, UAE. In this policy “GoDesign”, “we” and “us” mean both. You can reach us at scale@godesign.ae or +971 58 903 1983.

When you contact us. The name, company, email, phone number, budget, timeline and project details you type into a form on this site or send us by email or WhatsApp, plus the page you sent it from and how you reached it (referring site and campaign tags).

When you use this site. Google Tag Manager loads analytics tools that use cookies to record the pages you visit, how you arrived and your approximate location, and Google Search Console tells us which searches found us. You can block these cookies in your browser.

When you connect a social account to our publishing tool. If you authorise our app with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn or another network, we receive what you approve on the platform’s consent screen: your name and profile picture, the Pages or business profiles you manage and their IDs, an access token, and the engagement figures (reach, impressions, likes, comments) for posts we publish for you.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the work you hire us for.
• To schedule and publish the posts you or your team approve, to the accounts you connected, and to report how they performed.
• To see which pages and channels bring enquiries, so we can improve the site.

• We do not sell personal data or social account data.
• We do not use data from Facebook, Instagram or Threads for advertising, profiling, or anything other than publishing and reporting for the account owner.
• We never post to an account without the owner’s approval.

Only the service providers that run our systems, under their own data protection terms: hosting (Hostinger, Netlify, Supabase), email delivery (Resend) and Google (Tag Manager, analytics and Search Console). Posts you approve are sent to the social networks you connected. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Enquiry details are kept while we are talking or working together and for as long as accounting and tax rules require afterwards. Social access tokens are kept only while the account stays connected and are deleted when you disconnect it or ask us to remove your data.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email scale@godesign.ae, or follow the steps on our data deletion page, which also explains how to remove our app from Facebook, Instagram and Threads.

Data is sent over HTTPS, stored on access-controlled servers, and access tokens are never shown in the browser. Only staff who need it for your project can see your data.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes are emailed to clients with connected accounts.
